1. General provisions
The websites ukap.com.ua and academy.ukap.com.ua are operated by UKAP SOLUTION LLC (EDRPOU code 45782387), a legal entity registered under the laws of Ukraine (the “Company”).
This Policy describes how users’ personal data is collected, used, stored and protected.
The Policy is based on the laws of Ukraine on personal data protection, information and advertising, as well as GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) where applicable to users from the European Union.
2. Data we collect
We may process the following categories of personal data:
- identification data: first name, last name, date of birth, gender;
- contact data: phone number, email, residential or delivery address;
- access data: login and password;
- technical data: IP address, cookies, browser data (User-Agent) and device settings;

- personalized advertising in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and LinkedIn;

5. Legal bases for processing
- user consent (Article 6 GDPR);
- necessity to perform a contract or provide services;
- the Company’s legitimate interests, including marketing, analytics and security;
- compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian law.
6. Data storage and security
Data is stored on hosting-provider servers that meet information-security standards.
- registration data — until the account is deleted;
- marketing data — no longer than 2 years;
- technical log files — up to 18 months.
Only authorized Company employees and trusted partners have access to the data. We use SSL encryption, protected data centers and access controls.
7. Data sharing with third parties
We may share personal data with hosting, email and CRM providers, marketing platforms (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and SendGrid), and partners or contractors only to the extent necessary to deliver services.
8. User rights
- access their personal data;
- request correction or deletion of data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
9. International data transfers
Where data is transferred outside Ukraine (for example, to Google or Microsoft), we apply Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with GDPR.
